1. Digital Goods Policy
Since we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our website. You have the responsibility to understand the functionality and features of the product before purchasing.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We WILL grant a refund under the following circumstances:

Product Does Not Work: The product has a critical error or bug that prevents it from functioning, and our support team cannot fix it within a reasonable time (48 hours).

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We WILL NOT grant a refund under the following circumstances:

No License Keys: You are asking for a license key or purchase code. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we do not provide license keys. All products are GPL and pre-activated or do not require activation to function.

Changed Mind: You simply changed your mind or decided you do not need the product anymore.

Lack of Expertise: You do not have the sufficient technical knowledge to install or configure WordPress, the theme, or the plugin.

Incompatibility: The product is not compatible with your specific hosting environment (e.g., old PHP version) or conflicts with other 3rd party plugins you are using.

Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who we believe are abusing our refund policy (e.g., buying, downloading, and immediately requesting a refund).
4. Refund Timeframe
You must submit your refund request within 14 days of your purchase. Requests made after 14 days will not be processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
