3. Product Delivery

• Instant Access: After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with the download link. You can also download the products directly from your “My Account” page.

• Delays: In rare cases, there may be a delay in the email delivery. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

4. Support Policy (Important)

Please read this carefully before purchasing:

• No Technical Support: We provide the files “as is”. We are not the original developers of these products; therefore, we cannot provide technical support for the installation, configuration, or troubleshooting of plugins/themes.
